Some things that we talk about is how overuse injuries are often the result of dysfunctional

And we go into what the most common examples of such dysfunctional movement patterns are, in particular

as it pertains to running. And you'll also get a framework for a short 15-minute maintenance

routine that you can use as a prehab routine to prevent those injuries from coming up.
