So this past weekend, Team Tora and I hosted the Hot Girl Summer Retreat and it was everything I envisioned it to be times 10. Like literally blew my mind how

incredible this event was and what we were able to do.

And we had like high energy sessions, practical gyms.

You could implement immediately, informative Q&A sessions, and all day teaching and twerking.

So we had a really great time.

And one of the highlights was me introducing my

newest program formation. And formation is for women who desire to do the deep, layered self-work

to transform themselves first and the world around them so that they can

actually be ready to create love in their lives. There's so many blocks that is preventing
