Welcome to the Feminid Podcast. This is Nancy Wilson. Thanks so much for joining me today.

Recently, I had the pleasure of speaking to a group of ladies about duty. So I thought I would give you listeners a short little recap of that talk, actually divided into two parts.

One for this week and one for next week. All right. We don't hear that word duty so very much these

1:59.2

So let's let them be glad duties. They're given, so we should be

2:03.5

grateful to receive them. We have the best motive in the world because we are serving God.

2:09.5

These are fruitful duties, not meaningless dredgery. He has assigned them, crafted them,

specially for us. So give yourself a good job description.

2:20.6

You have the best job in the world you were created specifically for this.

Your duties are a means to something much greater, which is your sanctification.

2:30.7

They're not an end in themselves. Doing them well brings God all the glory and moves your
