Well, I think Putin is using the threat of nuclear use as a way to try to cause the West

to hesitate, make sure that we don't provide everything that we possibly could provide

to Ukraine to help them out.

And I think, as Julia says, any battlefield use of a nuclear weapon is a game changer.

It is changing the nature of war that we've seen ever since nuclear weapons were first

used in World War II.

And that is not something that we want to see.

I think we need to do more to actually be warning Putin off any nuclear use in that there

will be a forceful response if he does do that.

And I think that way we can actually turn this threat back on him as well too.

This is not going to go well for Russia if they do use nuclear weapons.

Maybe that's what Joe Biden's speech was an hour ago announcing the $800 military

aid.

That was a response to the missile launch.

$800 is not going to do him a lot of good.

Did I not say $800 million?

$800 is very, very little.
