As Axios reports, President Biden is considering delaying the decision to end Title 42 next month.

Fox News has learned due to limited space on expulsion flights.

Border Patrol has already stopped using Title 42 to expel some migrants from the Northern Triangle countries.

Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador.

Instead agents have to process them via expedited removal.

The problem with that is all they then have to do is claim that they have a fear of being removed to their countries.

And once they claim that fear, then they're most likely released into the United States.

So all we're seeing is now we're seeing a huge influx of Northern Triangle countries because they're recognizing that they're now also able to gain the system.

The system to the extent that there is a system.

I mean, it's a joke of a system.
