anorexia and disordered eating for several long periods in her life. And I know her story will be

relatable to a lot of people.

I know all about your story.

Today we're talking about anorexia and with something that you've struggled with on and off for for many years and I think

will be a very relatable story to a lot of people. Yeah, unfortunately. Yeah. So I don't know.

Let's just start. Let's just start at the beginning. I know the story. Share it

with our listeners. How did it start? What was your upbringing like? Sure, sure. So I grew up in a

suburb of Salt Lake City. I still live in the same city. It's called Sandy, Utah's,'s 20-minute drive from downtown Salt Lake City.

I grew up in a, I was raised LDS Mormon, but not we weren't completely entrenched in the Mormon religion.

My dad was not Mormon.

My mom was raised Mormon.
