Dr. Kieran Kennedy, who's a registered medical doctor and practicing psychiatry registrar,

working and living in Melbourne, Australia, the most livable city on the planet, with degrees

in psychology, human physiology, one of my favorites, and med surge. So Kieran is passionate about all

things health with a particular focus and expertise in mental health and neurology, which

is why we have Kieran on today. Alongside his medical work, Kieran has made moving outside the

traditional medical box, a mission with an aim to break down barriers and advocate for health

of body and mind combined.

His pursuits in sport, exercise, bodybuilding and fitness modelling, help fuel his firm belief that

fitness on the outside begins on the inside and I totally agree.

With a fresh knack for converting evidence-based medical issues into everyday language,

Kieran has become a sought-after medical contributor, speaker and author within domestic and

international media.
