Next one up is going to be April 16th through the 18th, then June 11th through

the 13th, and then August 13th through the 15th. Training camps coming up, we do have spots left

at our squat camp in Dallas at Starring Strength Dallas on March 13th. Then we have a few squat

and deadlift camps on the list. We in Austin at starting strength Austin on march 28th

and will be in mootis Connecticut and anino strength and conditioning in central Connecticut

on april 17th and finally Houston at starting strength Houston on april 24th don't forget

about bob santana and his nutrition wizardry showing up to Houston on March 13th that's

starting strength Houston still some spots left for that competition is your

thing and Nebraska is also your thing boy do I have a treat for you test

by strength conditioning Omaha is holding several meats including a USA weightlifting

meat a strongman competition, and a

strength lifting meet where we can test the squat, the press, and the deadlift. Pretty psyched about

starting strength gyms as we continue to grow and add cities to the list, where you can come in and

work with a coach for less than 30 bucks a session, but not only that, you will be adjacent to the Ray Gillenwater,

the nucleus of starting strength gyms. Ray Gillenwater, the world champion kickboxer in the over 65
