training camp practices. Zach Seeler's contract extension is official. We're going to hear from him.

various dolphins topics. Plus, I have two big picture takeaways from camp so far. And since we're

doing more camp pods on the days leading up to the game in Chicago,

I'm going to tell you who I'm most excited to watch in our first Dolphins football game since last January.

The big news of the week is the extension of Zach Seeler and he's been just an absolute professional an example a leader i don't have enough

superlatives to properly explain zach seeler you guys know you're dolphins fans you've been around

him you've seen him he's a perfect player i mean, what I mean by that is he's always available. He's selfless. Half of his production is like not even going on his stat count or whatever you call it, his box score because he's setting picks for other guys and creating chances for other folks. He's as productive as anybody

without that. He rarely leaves the field. I thought his presser before the contract got done

was as good as any I've seen from a player who was working through a contract negotiation

that I've ever seen. And he's been the same guy on the field every single day working with

his teammates during

that entire process.
