0:18.6	We're going to go over the film from the Dolphins' prime time loss of the Ravens,
0:21.6	plus the statement from Stephen Ross as the dolphins make a change at the GM position.

0:40.2	as the Dolphins and GM Chris Greer have mutually agreed to part ways.
0:45.3	Here is what Stephen Ross issued as the statement on Friday morning.
0:49.5	This morning, I made the decision, along with GM, Chris Greer, to mutually part ways.
0:54.1	I have incredible respect for Chris and his family, and want to thank him for his many contributions to the Miami Dolphins over the past 26 years.
1:01.5	As I assessed the state of the team and in my discussions with Chris, it became clear to both of us that change could not wait.
1:08.6	We must improve in 2025, 26, and beyond, and it needs to start
1:13.1	right now. Champ Kelly will serve as interim GM effective immediately, and we will begin our
1:19.0	search process for a new GM. I want to thank Champ for stepping up and his commitment to the
1:23.4	dolphin's success this season. There is a lot of football left to be played, and we all need to
1:27.8	fight even harder. I have always and remain committed to building a winning team that consistently
1:33.3	compete for championships. I'm incredibly proud of our leadership as an NFL organization and our
1:38.3	continued commitment to the community, but on our performance on the field and team building
1:42.9	process have not been good enough.
