And the competition that promises to provide is really refreshing in Miami.

And it's going to make for a better football team and a better culture at the end of the day.

appearance from the Dolphins head ball coach. Plus, we're going to go through what camp might look like here in OTAs and in the summer

and pinpoint some really fun battles that could ensue at each position.

So Jeff Halfley did Richard Sherman's podcast, aptly named the Richard Sherman podcast.

And I wanted to touch on a few of the key points from it because we just keep learning more and maybe not more information, but more

bullet points along the beliefs and vision and ideals of the Dolphins' new head football coach.

And I just want to go through a few of the key points that jumped off, jumped out of the headphones to me on the podcast.

So he was asked about coaching cornerbacks throughout his career.

And by now you know that Jeff Halfley has been around the block in terms of coaching

really, really great football players, Hall of Fame football players, future Hall of Famers,

Richard Sherman being one of those guys.

And going from Dorel Revis at Pitt to Ronde Barber in Tampa and eventually to Sherm in San Francisco.

And the concept for him of learning how to listen.

And this is beyond football.

This is beyond the dolphins or professional life.

You can just take a page from this in your everyday life

and i i feel like in 2026 as a population that the the people of the world we would all do better
