advice they have for the rest of us. So today I am delighted to welcome Farnoosh Tarabi to Before

Breakfast. Farnoosh is a personal finance expert, host of the So Money podcast, author of many books, including

a healthy state of panic and psych yourself rich. So Farnush, welcome to the show.

Why don't you tell our listeners a little bit about yourself? Well, I am for 20, over 20 years,

I've been working as a financial journalist and content

creator educator. I started as a journalist, but really the work has expanded to all sorts

of communication around financial literacy. I have a podcast as well. I've written books. I speak.

And I'm also a wife and a mom. I, you know, I'm not doing it all, but not all the time, but, you know, over the years, it's

accumulated. Yeah. How old are your kids now? They are eight and 11. Girl boy.

Girl boy. And we are recording this in January where those of us on the

East Coast are preparing for a giant snowstorm, apparently. Yeah, I just got back from the grocery

store. I thought I was ahead of it. I was like, I'm going to get there before everybody else.

Everyone's there. Everyone's there. I got there before all the water and meat was gone, though.

Yeah, yeah.
