Headspace and to Wednesday. Like a lot of parents, I was concerned that having kids would

1:52.6

well. And it's scary because I think also some of us are scared of our kids being our audience.

1:59.6

How do we look our child in the face after going after our dreams and seeing it not happen when

2:04.9

we're telling them they can do anything. But you know what guys? It's not about the end journey

2:11.3

all the time. It's about how you get to a place. It's about who you are.

2:19.9

It doesn't matter if you say, oh, you could do anything in the world. You're powerful. You're resilient.
