Welcome back, I'm Rebecca. And I'm Gabe. We're so excited to be back with you guys. I know summer is fully on now. Yes.

And we know that because it's both hot and humid where we're at. Yes. But we did just get to have our first family vacation in months.

Right. So that was awesome.

We took some time away. My sister lives in Denver, so we got to see her on Father's Day,

which is always special to kind of remember my dad.

And we go to this ranch out there that basically the kids are on horses, we're on horses.

And it is just like something about big nature pushes me in every way

spiritually physically physically. Well you wrote about you actually wrote about your

first experience in rhythms ofell at Lost Valley Ranch.

You kind of overcame fear by riding the horse

and to see you riding horses last week?

It's the same horse.
