some news around the NFL and some stuff that I have never felt like there is such an attempt by,

I don't know how I would describe it, by people in general to dictate what people can talk about and what they can't, as I have recently, around Rams news or 49ers news or anything other than staying in your very small lane is not welcoming.

I don't care.

I will be talking about those things because I think they're news and I think they're relevant to the Seahawks.

So I'll talk about some of that stuff.

I've got some sound as well that I want to play for you all that I thought was interesting.

And the bulk of the show that I'll probably get to more in the second half or a little bit later is that I've been doing enough draft deep dives that at least in my mind,

I'm starting to see some patterns emerge of ways the Seahawks

can actually get the most out of their currently four picks. And it's not about trading.

And ways that they could actually fall into some old patterns that could really hurt their draft

in my eyes. So I'm going to share those.

We're going to do a few mock drafts to kind of demonstrate where these different patterns

can be helpful or hurt.

And we'll go from there.
