I'm doing great. I wanted people to subscribe and join and all that jazz. And then I found out our

audio was live. I didn't even know, Brandon. That's the best part. So, but, but I was, you know, on message. Always, always, always, always on message, on point. Like our Seahawks off season, it's on point. How are you doing, Phil? I'm doing well. In fact, guess what, guys? I just ate lamb stew. And let me tell you, the lamb stew was delicious, delicious.

I was checking to see if I still had some lamb on my teeth.

But I'm hoping our Seahawks can get some lamb on their beaks this year.

So I was just thinking about that as we got in here.

So, Phil, in the offseason, you're perfecting your in-season meal recipes for when we face our rivals.

Is that what I'm hearing?

It just turned out that way.

Well, we had Easter.

We had some roast lamb.

Got to think, you know, wouldn't it be great if our success against the lambs could be resurrected this year since Aaron Donald's gone.

And let's have some stew as well.
