| 3:08.2 | And for most of us, the sheer amount of artificial lights hitting our eyeballs from phones, tablets and computers, especially after sundown when the sun is not up and it's supposed to be dark out, that can really have a negative impact on our sleep on our recovery and our entire circadian rhythm. |
| 3:25.6 | So one of the things that I've been experimenting with for the past few years is adding light in from the sun or from, as you know, red light or near infrared light through photo biomodulation is the fancy term for that, but also subtracting the artificial blue light from the spectrum when the sun is down or even throughout the day when you're spending a lot of time on monitors or on phones in front of a computer, wearing blue blocking lenses can really make a big difference for how you can see. |
