Hello, yes, I'm Dr. Dyer.

Hi, Rachel. Thank you for taking my call.

What happened is that?

I'm in a transition in my life.

I'm going to be 35 next month.

And I've been doing nursing registered nurse for a year and I just

started a job and I got a third lead off fired and I'm I'm sort of like using this time instead of like thinking

immediate old let me rush and get a job and I'm scared of being broke or whatever and so taking the time to

take I mean I'm thinking about going to med school but the thing is when I was doing my undergrad I was on my own working and

so on I was in the pre-med route and I just ended up changing majors and getting out of

school and then going back for nursing. So now at 35 I'm sort of like oh my God am I too old but I really feel that's what my spirit is.

Absolutely. And I want to go back to, well, my parent country and to Haiti and help out there.

How long would it take you to go through medical school?

Well, I would say about the application process, the two to three years top, then yeah and then after that the four years of med school and then the training after that

So we're talking about six years

Let's say about six to seven years.

But I also want a family.
