The state's out of money. The city's out of money. They're broke. They're in the hole.

Now you have this weird, fucked up situation that we're in right now. Limbo world that

New York City is in. And you have a firm like Goldman Sachs earlier this week said they're looking

to move to Florida. Goldman Sachs is the big dog on the block. And once the big dog packs up and goes

and leads the way, you can bet your ass all those other

companies that are down on Wall Street, the financial district, they're right in back of them.

I mean, you know, they've threatened this before in the past.

But what is the reason to be here?

A few years ago, this was a world-class city.

It's now a second-rate dump, and it's becoming unsafe.

And what happens when we go back to the levels of the 80s and the 90s, you know, your

talent doesn't want to come here.

It's expensive.

It's high taxes.

Who needs their shit?
