Today, I have the amazing opportunity to sit down with Dr. Stacey Sins,

she's an exercise physiologist and a nutrition scientist.

And her main goal is to revolutionize exercise nutrition and performance for women.

I knew I had a habit on the podcast after I saw her TED Talk many, many years ago.

It's titled Women Are Not Small Men.

And it basically talks about, especially in the sports world, that a lot of studies are done on men's bodies

and not women's bodies in their distinct differences between the two.

And that's basically what her research is all about.
