Bitcoin is a monetary system where the rules are transparent. Everyone knows like

what is the supply of Bitcoin and it's not going to change. So it levels the

playing field for everybody. It's not that hey if you lose your Bitcoin you can go

and get a bailout from the protocol. Like that's never going to happen. Right so

the rules are actually the same for everybody. So it's actually a much more

fair system to work with and then similarly if you apply that concept to the

internet it becomes a much more fairer internet. Like everyone has ownership.

Everyone has kind of like their own property rights and the rules are transparent

to everybody. Which was just never there. You must have a hard time and I know I

do trying to tell people why Web 3.0 is better than 2.0 because they say well

YouTube's great and Facebook has all my pictures and my friends. So what's the

problem? You know we've been basically given our data up and then being sold

back to us and we don't know any better. A lot of Web 2 founders are actually

having a hard time understanding crypto. When I discovered crypto it just felt

like this is the future and Silicon Valley started feeling like the past. The

jump of like not having the internet and then having the internet was huge.

But the jump of like defining digital property might be like a hundred

eggs or a thousand eggs bigger because I think that is a fundamental shift in

the world society. That's the only thing I'm pushing for. That we need more

developers, we need more applications and we as a community need to be

supportive of developers, of people who are entrepreneurs who are coming and

trying to build new businesses around Bitcoin instead of really pushing them
