1:01.0	The most important things when my kids have told me the most important moments for them have been when I have come into their world.
1:09.0	So I've come into their room and laid on their floor next to their dirty socks and said,
1:14.1	how are you? What's going on? Tell me what's going on for you today. And I want to be a part of who they,
1:20.1	what's going on in their world. I come in without an agenda, a prescribed agenda, but really just
1:26.1	understanding who they are in that moment, what they need for me, what how they feel about being in the world on that particular day.
1:35.0	And I do that on with my kids. I did it on a daily basis. I would check in with them at certain points in time.
1:41.0	Not only when I was angry with them,
1:43.5	or they didn't do a chore, or they were in trouble,
1:46.1	but really in a very neutral, very calm and neutral time.
1:52.0	I would just want to be in their world and make an effort. calm and
