After the government struck a deal with rebels to get a key bit of Brexit legislation through Parliament and with the crucial EU Council summit coming up this week, I travelled to Somerset to speak to the committed Brexiteer and International Trade Secretary Liam Fox.

This week felt a bit like Groundhog Day.

There was a knife-edge vote in the Commons, the rebels didn't rebel, all signs claimed victory after a compromise that felt a bit more like a fudge.
