I'm happy to be here. Awesome, man. So I'm excited to make this happen. And I know you just

had a proposal to your significant other yesterday. So thanks so much's right Halloween yesterday her birthday was two days before I was I was

dressed up as Hades from the from descendants and then I'll show you clips but

yeah proposed she said yes well glowing today I'm glowing today I love it man

well we're honored that you decided to come right after back-toto-back wins for you. It sounds like. Awesome, man. So before we get into it, just so the audience can catch them up to speed, just so the audience has a little bit of context. What do you do? What's your focus? And what are you really passionate about as a health expert really helping people take their lives to the next level? Right. So I started off in medicine as an

interventional radiologist. So a lot of people don't know what that is, but it is actually a surgeon

that uses medical imaging to be able to do very minimally invasive surgeries. So I've done surgeries

on a lot of cancer patients, people who have very poor blood vessels. I can go into those blood

vessels that opened them up. So I worked on a lot of patients with end-stage disease. I'm changing

a focus now. And why is that? Well, about four years ago, I was overweight, diabetic. I had high

blood pressure, and I was on tons of medicines.

And I was like, I'm getting first-stage disease of the stuff that I was treating.

Yeah, and you're a doctor.

Exactly, and I'm a doctor.

So something is not lining up here.

Yeah.

Right?

And we can go into like some misconceptions in the medical feeling how I was trained.
