Summary

Dr. Justin Marchegiani is a functional medicine doctor and D.C. with a lifetime of experience. In this conversation, we deep dive into several subjects on how to repair our bodies and defend against potential intruders. Dr. Justin is significantly smarter than I am and I had a great time getting schooled! We get into vitamin D deficiency, adrenal fatigue, thyroid and gut repair and much more.

I potentially will be offending some people with some of my perspectives on religion and our origins. This traveling experience has been opeing my mind to European history and we get into it in the introduction. Also enjoy the music by Ebeyi, exerpt from Alan Watts and George Carlin. Thanks everyone!
