0:26.1

gets OCD, gets the inner workings of it, and more importantly the inner workings of the

1:35.7

of keeping information CBT while beyond you're done with with therapy.

1:40.4

We talk about acceptance of commitment therapy enhancing exposure response to prevention therapy. We talk about acceptance of commitment therapy enhancing exposure response

1:44.6

and therapy and also John gives a couple of his favorite act which is acceptance of

1:51.7

commitment therapy metaphors. I love act metaphors. I think they really help

1:56.7

familiarly shape kind of a philosophy of understanding of ways of looking at faults and tackling OCD.

2:04.0

So hopefully you all like those and there's a few listener questions

2:07.0

that you asked that I asked John

2:10.0

and then obviously at the end the usual questions.
