Jenny is a clinical psychologist who specializes in O.C. and anxiety.

She runs the Renewed Freedom Center based in Los Angeles and she's also a clinical

advisor to the No CD app. So I've been aware of Jenny for a while so I was

happy to get her on and in this we talk about her

O.C. story so although she's obviously a professional in mental health she has her

own O. C. D. story. We talk on that, discuss that, we talk about the maternal

side of things when it got worse when she had her twins. And then we're going to sort of lifestyle

changes what's helped her. Her therapy. And then we're going to sort of lifestyle changes,
