And people use the problems and the conditions in their life to reaffirm their conditioning or addiction to that emotion.

That means they become addicted to the life they don't even like.

I believe that each and every one of us has the power within ourselves to create the life that we really want and I want to help give

and I think it would be good for everyone to know what happens at these workshops.

I mean the takeaway is going to be probably pretty obvious but tell me what it looks like if I

signed up for one of your workshops there between four and seven days long no there

there's most of them are seven days good I'm an an all in kind of person.

Yeah, I mean, when we were doing our 4.5 day ones, Danica, we were just getting people to that amazing

point where they started having great breakthroughs and send them home.
