Well, if you listen often enough, you know once a month we have our good friend Dr. Jill Carnahan on the show, always to talk about health in the healing process. Today we're going to

kick off our conversation talking about a process in your body that impacts every single person,

every single day. Maybe you've heard of it. Maybe you haven't. Are you ready?

Methalation. Methalation. I'm not sure if this stat is up to date, but I read this recently.

60% of the population deals with health issues that are somehow related to methylation issues. So 60% potentially, and Jill will confirm this or not when I get her on.

But think about that.

Of all the people, of every person who deals with health issues, 60% can point to in some

way the methylation process.

And this one was even more significant.

Of all who battle mental health issues, 70% say that methylation is somehow involved.

In fact, there are young children who've had anxiety

and depression and things like that and treating them with certain B vitamins in a very careful way

has actually been a game changer for them. So this is really an important conversation.

to ask her to do that, not able to do that and wanting to take the place of what, if you're under physicians care.
