Talking with Dr. Jennifer Huberty today all things health, nutrition, childhood obesity, mindfulness, relaxation and much more. Jennifer is the Director of Science at Calm. She spent 18+ years as a research faculty, nine of those as an Associate Professor at Arizona State University in the College of Health Solutions. She holds three affiliations: Associate Professor and Research Scholar in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at University of Arizona’s College of Medicine in Tucson, Arizona; Adjunct Professor of Medicine at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in Scottsdale, Arizona, and Adjunct Professor at Mays Cancer Center at UT Health San Antonio MD Anderson in San Antonio, Texas.
During the episode we dig into her journey and passion for the health and fitness space, while touching on her work at Calm which has become the #1 app for mediation and sleep in the app store. She is educated as they come, but even more impressive than her credentials is her ability to walk the walk.
