Summary

Relationships have their ups and downs, whether they’re between family members, friends or co-workers.  Most of us don’t like the down times because it’s uncomfortable to feel angry or disconnected from those we care about.  However, our guests on this episode, clinical psychologist Dr. Ed Tronick and pediatrician Dr. Claudia Gold, say the conflicts in relationships are the keys to better relationships.
Doctors Tronick and Gold are the authors of the book, “The Power of Discord: Why the Ups and Downs of Relationships are the Secret to Building Intimacy, Resilience, and Trust”.
