Hey I'm Brian Hyatt and this is Rolling Stone Music Now. I have with me

Brittany Spanos and Rob Sheffield and the latest Super Bowl halftime show has sparked many opinions.

Great show seemed like an opportunity

for several broader conversations.

The first hip-hop dominated halftime show, this does open the door, so who can walk through

this door that was open?

Drake would be an obvious choice.

It's like kind of insane that he hasn't done even a Super Bowl appearance.

He's someone who would be able to be in that space so easily,

because he does straddle that line between being a great rapper

but also such a pop performer.

Like he can do sort of the gaga-esque like he would fly down.

He would put on like a really, really good show.

And it would be like it would probably probably like Nicky and Llewain

and all that stuff.

That would be such a good show.

Ironically, the person who could put on an absolutely fantastic Super Bowl performance,

will never be allowed to do so, and that's Conney West.

Yeah, he's digging the hole for himself.

I would have rolled a few years ago.

The odds of giving that guy 16 minutes of the highest profile live television in the world

seems very low, unfortunately.
