Hello and welcome. My name is Ariel Garten, and today our guest is Dr. Dan Siegel.

He's the founder of the whole field of interpersonal neurobiology. He's a neuroscientist,

psychiatrist, he's trained as a pediatrician, and he's the author of multiple books for general audience and to train psychiatrists.

He's also wanting the leading voices in the neuroscience and neurobiology of mindfulness and

meditation, which he likes to refer to as mind sight. He's also a father of how many, Dan?
