0:16.2	Of course. So, you know, with your background, I find it so interesting to understand the massive
0:24.4	transition you made in your life. And I know we talked about corporate housing prior to, you know,
0:30.1	being a pharmaceutical doctor. For those that may not know what corporate housing is, what is
0:34.2	that before we really dive into your story? Absolutely. Corporate housing is where we rent out to companies such as IT, construction,
0:43.2	professionals, relocations, insurance housing, anything where there's a company that paying
0:49.0	and they pay well and they stay longer. The average stays three to six months and we charge them double the market
0:55.6	rent okay and this is for like Airbnb's or just does it have to be Airbnb specifically or it can
1:01.2	any type of short-term rental yeah it could be any type and it's actually a new this amazing new
1:06.4	trend it's called midterm rental not short. Short term would be less than 30 days.
1:11.6	And I've done that a lot before.
1:13.8	It's a lot of headaches.
1:15.4	So midterm.
1:15.9	You're back and forth.
1:17.1	Exactly.
1:17.9	Midterm, three or six months.
1:19.1	And it's corporate clients.
1:20.5	So you don't have to worry about the vacationer.
1:22.6	People are going to trash your place or squatters, all of that.
1:26.0	It's such a good market to be in. Yes, yes.
