Dr. Bob Dennis actually, although he doesn't have a formal medical degree, he has a PhD.

And he wrote a new book called Stroke of Luck.

And it really is surprising to find this type of material coming from Bob, but he did, and he

wrote it out of personal experience

because he recently had a stroke

and made magnificent recovery.

And I'll certainly let him go into all the specific details.

But the reason I want to interview him is because it is such a massive problem in the United States.

And as we're recording this yesterday, one of the 52-year-old celebrity, Luke Perry, died from a stroke.

And just as an example that this is pervasive in the United States

and in surprisingly hitting people at the younger and younger age.

So, and either you can die acutely like Luke did

or you can suffer with, which in many kids

is even worse with severe profound disabilities

for the rest of your life.

So Bob is here to discuss his really incredible, it's hard to imagine because he just had a stroke

recently as you'll find out but that he compiled this entire

incredible book as a resource to help people with strokes in such a short time.
