It was nice to talk to her and easy to talk to her. And you know she tells her own kind of story. She never had OCD CD but she's battle with anxiety and social anxiety over the years

and has done therapy herself for it so it's interesting to hear that.

about anxiety around flying because although she struggled with anxiety, she

never really had it being a flight attendant, which is her career before she retrained to be a therapist in her late 20s.

And what I really like about Becky's approach is she looks at OCD treatment from a very holistic point of view.

It's not just therapy and medication, it's, you know, how does nutrition affect the brain?

How does exercise sleep? The other, so she's now looking at

seps and the commitment therapy, she mentioned she wants to train into that a bit more,

and then mindfulness and meditation and even she's also accredited and licensed in
