We all love the times when the waves of growth and progress and success and healing rise up.

Then there's those other times when we feel like things have moved away from us.

They're farther away.

We can't see them or feel them as much.

If you can't close your eyes, you can always still center within with your eyes. It helps to just center within with your eyes open.
