This is holiday shopping episode is with one of our favorite guests ever, nationally known psychologist Dr. April Lane Benson, specialist in the treatment of compulsive buying disorder. On this show, Dr. Benson shares some great strategies for how to avoid shopping temptations and why 'experience' gifts make for the most memorable presents.
