0:47.4	Yeah, it's interesting.
0:48.6	You know, the day I was born, my parents decided that I was going to be a doctor.
0:53.5	I think this is the case for a lot of Asian
0:57.0	Americans. My dad grew up on a rice farm in Korea, and he became a physician and basically
1:03.1	pulled his family out of poverty and lived the American dream. And so for him and for my mom,
1:08.9	really what they knew coming to the U.S. was that doctor equals success.
1:13.3	And so that's what they decided I was going to be.
1:16.7	And you say that you felt like an outsider growing up.
1:20.0	And I'm wondering if you could tell us a little bit about that and how plastic surgery played a role in your own life.
