So cool. Well, uh, I think that, uh, you know, to kind of start off, um, probably kind of tell

everybody about yourself. It's fairly, it's pretty, um, impressive. I've kind of followed along for

a relatively long time, uh, you know, just with at the level of what you do and, uh, but yeah,

of the people you work with. Yeah, sure, man. So my day job is I am a, uh, professor from scientists,

um, back in the state of bulletin. So I run the Center for Sport Performance there.

So, um, within that center, we have a bunch of research laboratories and we study human performance.

So this is everything from, you know, biomechanics, which is called like how you move and the

forces you apply to the ground and, in fact, that to exercise physiology, um, my area of

expertise is, is really muscle physiology. So we take muscle biopsies with people and look at

the cellular and molecular and genetic components of human performance and we do everything.
