Welcome back. We're finishing attachment week, and we thought what we would do is give you some of our biggest tips on how to improve your relationships.

And we have a mnemonic that I really like called relating,

because it encompasses some of the big things to improve your relationships.

I mean they're just so important because when your relationships are right people
