So you've been diving deep into the use of color or light as therapy for quite some time.

So I think you touched on your journey previously, but maybe you can refine that especially as it relates to the topic that we're

going to discuss today, which is the use, the therapeutic use of life, not necessarily

the avoidance of dangerous light, which we did a really wonderful review

on the dangers of LED lights previously, which was widely viewed. I think it's half a million to a million views at this

point so we're going to talk about a different aspect so why don't you talk about

when you started and how you got interested in this aspect?

Oh, it's a long time ago.

In the meantime, I started to experiment with colored light probably almost 25 years ago.

And my first approach was the color puncture from Peter Mandel.

But one evening I met a friend of mine

and I told him that I would like to go deeper into the color puncture issue and like to learn a little bit more about that and he handed me over a book from Dinsha Cardiali,

lead therapy light and these days there was a German translation is very least and he told me oh I I know

that this is out of print and I really don't want to give you this this book for more than a day.

So I took it home and I made a copy and in this night when I came home I just screened all the pages through and tried to get a glimpse of the quality of Spectrochrome
