Another interview for you today with Dr. Alan Desmond. Now I said another interview. This is actually

the first time I've interviewed him. And Dr. Alan Desmond is certified in gastroenterology and

internal medicine. And his special interest is in the role of diet in the prevention and treatment

of digestive disease. Obviously, this is important to me. I had a

digestive disease, colon cancer. He's a member of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland.

He's a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians, London. He's published several papers on inflammatory bowel disease and he specializes in gut health.

And it's always great. I'm always excited to discover yet another plant-based medical doctor who has a

holistic approach to health and wellness and medicine because far too many doctors

are just on the one track program, which is drugs and surgery for disease and there's no diet

or lifestyle interventions. And we know that this can transform patients health if you

I'm also a bowel cancer screening colonoscopist, okay? So I see patients at the very, very beginning of that cancer journey and I deal with
