I woke up this morning and I could feel that somebody, or maybe it was a few of us, I don't know what it was,

feeling down, somebody's feeling down, someone's feeling down, someone's feeling down.

You need to understand that when you feel it down,

I always feel as if when we feel down, we're sad, our energies low, it's as if we get pulled down

to me is so divine and intelligent and it just has a natural way of working. The inner workings are

flawless. But when we are down, we get pulled down into our own soil and within our own soil

We get pulled back. Now think about something in life that pulls you back and then releases.

for a lot of us right now. Down is not down. Down is simply preparation. You are in a state of

preparation. What do you need to do to prepare yourself? It's okay to feel these emotions. It's
