0:55.6	definition of leadership. What is it in your view? Well, believe it or not, I've actually thought about
1:03.5	this a little bit. My definition of leadership is it's the art and the science of influencing people
1:10.6	in a specific direction.
1:13.0	It's not it is these are human beings we're trying to influence and there's an art and a
1:19.3	science to it just like there's an art and a science to being a good teacher or being a good
1:23.2	parent or being a good podcast host. And so you need to know the science, but you also need to
1:31.2	have a feel for the art. How did that art change when everything turned virtual last year,
1:38.5	right before the book came out? Well, right after the book came out, pardon me. Well, right when the book came out.

1:47.6	We launched the book on March 5th on Park Avenue in New York, and on March 6th, we started
