definition of leadership. What is it in your view? Well, believe it or not, I've actually thought about

this a little bit. My definition of leadership is it's the art and the science of influencing people

in a specific direction.

It's not it is these are human beings we're trying to influence and there's an art and a

science to it just like there's an art and a science to being a good teacher or being a good

parent or being a good podcast host. And so you need to know the science, but you also need to
