And on this lovely, lovely sunny Northwest Thursday, I think it's a thursday i lose track of the days lately

uh got a special one today um i will say as you guys know you know i cover the team full time now

but uh based as a fan you know and and as a fan i have had the opportunity to pull different players' jerseys over the years to root for them.

And what you hope for when you get a player's jersey as a fan and you put it on is, one, you hope that they're good.

You know, you hope that they're a good player.

You hope that they can go out there and make a difference on the field.

Two, you know, you hope that they make an impact, like not just as a good football

player, but as a leader, as, you know, a guy that helps you win and and has a lasting legacy.

And finally, I think you hope that the person like represents you, the jersey, the team, the state, in a way that you're proud of.

And there is only one player who not only has done all those things while I wore his jersey, but I've got two of his jerseys.

He's the only guy I got two of his jersey.

He is my all-time favorite Seahawk, one of the top 50 Seahawks of all time.

And I want to welcome him to the show today.
