We will also talk about this looming, pressing question.

Is it better to be a politician who lies about your war record like Richard Blumenthal

or your affair like Mark Souter, who is about to resign if he

hasn't already from Congress. And our third topic is about women in the Tea Party and this question

that Hannah asked in a really great piece about whether these women are feminists or some kind of

other breed of activists. So let's start with Elena Kagan. Margaret, tell us, I know you

wanted to open with the big question about her. So what is it? Before I asked the big question,

the sort of background to this is, I think if you've been following this at all, that there was

first, when she was named by Obama a flurry of questioning about her sexuality.

Was she gay or not?

And in fact, people calling for her, Andrew Sullivan, calling for her to reveal that she was if she was.

Well, it seems as though she isn't, actually.
