Hello and welcome to another episode of Happy Mum, Happy Baby, third podcast. Today's guests,

there are more than one for a start, there are actually three guests. A couple of weeks

ago they shared a post to Instagram entitled To the Dope White Mum. With everything going

on right now, it was interesting to have something focused on someone like me and what

that post did was really highlight a mother's role in everything that's going on right now

and how we can have a massive impact on the generations to come, namely our children.

I then went on a massive rabbit hole and I was going through all the Instagram feed, I

was then listening to the podcast and here we are three of the five women that are the

Dope Black Mums. Hi! How are you? I'm good, I'm good, how are you guys? I'm very good, I

know we don't get to see each other now for a minute like, hey! We should say actually who we've got,

we've got Andy McKay, we've got Karina White and Natalie Zavall. Hello! Hello! Thank you for having us.

I know, I told you, do we think the best thing maybe because there are so many voices today,

is everyone to go round, say your name, like one of Quixote, tell us a little bit about yourself.

I was so Andy, should we start with you? Yes, yes, my name's Andy, which is like Wendy without the

W, I always like to say that, nice and clear. And I'm one fifth of the Dope Black Mum, I'm an actor,

I'm a writer, I teach as well, I teach acting and I have one son who is nine, so I'm delighted to be

here today and thanks for having us. Ah, thank you, Karina, you're next! Right, so I am also one fifth

of the Dope Black Mum's podcast, I am a branding and sports marketing specialist, I sit on the board

of an organisation called Beacons, which is the Black Collective of Media and Sport, I'm a school

governor, I have loads of other projects that I do, I don't know how I manage them all and balance

the more. But yeah, I have one daughter who is 10 going on 25 and yeah, that's me, amazing, Natalie.
