upcoming murder trial of Donna Sue Adelson, he denied a request by her

defense to prevent prosecutors from arguing that her attempted flight to Vietnam showed she had consciousness of guilt in the murder of Dan Markel.

So that is a loss for Dan Rashbaum and Alex Morris.

Donna appeared in person just this past Friday at the Leon County Courthouse for arguments

before said Judge Stephen Everett.

He was hearing a flurry of pretrial motions.

We're going to go through them.

Jury selection, everyone in the written word, Tallahassee, Democrat, other people.

Even Phil Markel has told me jury selection begins September 16th.

However, Ruth Markel, who's on top of everything.

She insists jury selections beginning that Tuesday, September 17th.

So I'm going to go with Ruth, September 17th

with the trial testimony actually beginning on or before September 23rd based on jury

selection tonight we're going to take a closer look at jury selection and we've got

just a man for it Richard Richard Gabriel, since 1985, he has been a leader in the field of jury research,

having worked on more than 1500 trials.
