story for sure and I'm actually going to go to that trial in Orlando. That is my intention.

So going one step at a time here i can promise you this

Now, the judge presiding over the upcoming murder trial

of Donna Adelson, Judge Stephen Everett,

he denied a request by her defense

to prevent prosecutors from arguing that her attempted flight to

Vietnam showed she had consciousness of guilt and the murder of Dan

Martel. In other words they can discuss Vietnam in the trial and you can bet your bottom dollar that Georgia

Kalman is going to do that and we're going to ask our esteemed panel about the

implications of all that this evening. Donna Adelson appeared in court this past Friday,

and she's going to be back in court this Friday,

and I'll be covering that live with Tim Janssen

for a much shorter motion hearing.
